Tholos aims big with video-conferencing system

Why talk to strangers in your own city when you can talk to strangers across the continent? Tholos Systems plans to let people in London and Vienna do just that (and, presumably, more useful things) next spring with a massive 3-metre high, 360-degree video-conferencing installation.
