Teleglobe announced that following the company's second quarter 2004 10-Q filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 15, 2004, it received notification from NASDAQ on October 22, 2004 that the company is fully compliant with all listing requirements and its common stock will continue to be listed on the NASDAQ National Market.
