H.264 on TI DSP

WWComs, Inc. today announced the launch of its new H.264 Baseline Profile codec (BC-264), which delivers simultaneous encoding and decoding while consuming less than 50 percent of the processing power on a single TMS320DM642 DSP-based digital media processor.
