T-Mobile, Orange Join Forces in UK

Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom confirmed that they are in exclusive talks to merge their U.K. businesses, T-Mobile (UK) and Orange UK, in a 50-50 joint venture and create the largest mobile operator in the country.
