Comcast's VoIP Makes It a Top 3 Telco

In just over three years, Comcast has grown to become the third-largest residential phone service provider in the U.S. Comcast now has 6.47 million subscribers to its VoIP service, available in 39 states, giving the cable operator more residential customers than Qwest.
