VoIP startup Jaxtr lays off some staff, CEO steps down

VoIP and social network startup Jaxtr has laid off 13 of is employees and its chief executive has stepped down. The company raised US$10M in June 2008, which it still has in the bank. The company believes it had enough funding to operate at least another 18 months.
