Tas university moves to IP videoconferencing

"The University of Tasmania is migrating its legacy ISDN videoconferencing system to IP..." A couple of years ago, it was estimated that 85 percent of videoconferencing sales were still ISDN (H.320) rather than IP (H.323). It's probably less now, but movement in that market is very slow.
