Is Skype VoIP Ready for Business?

Skype now claims more than 100 million users and the company recently introduced a service aimed at small businesses. — Yuck! Skype is great for free or extremely cheap calls, but in our opinion the audio quality absolutely sucks compared to broadband VoIP service providers like Vonage and services offered through cable companies.
