Net2Phone sues Skype for patent infringement

Net2Phone has filed a lawsuit against eBay's Skype Internet telephone unit, accusing the unit of infringing a Net2Phone patent. — I suppose as long as Skype is so successful, this madness will never end. For Net2Phone, this appears to be an act of desperation.
