Mirial UMTS from DyLogic enables direct PC to 3G handset calls

DyLogic announced the international launch of Mirial UMTS, the first and only video softphone natively working on both Circuit Switch (3G UMTS, with H.324M) and Packet Switch (IP, with SIP or H.323) networks.
