TRAI Recommends MGCP Adoption

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released a consultation paper in which it has suggested the examination of issues relating to broadband and telephony over cable TV networks and open up the MGCP to enable cable operators to offer telephony services to their customers through cable connection.
