Comcast VoIP Takes Aim at Telcos

Comcast announced agreements with Sprint and AT&T last week, and earlier with Level 3, in which the carriers will provide connectivity between Comcast Digital Voice and the PSTN, offering VoIP service to residents in 35 states.
