York Telecom to Provide Managed Bridging Services to Kentucky Tele-Linking Network

York Telecom announced that they, in partnership with AT&T, will provide IP-based managed scheduling and bridging services to the Kentucky Tele-linking Network, an umbrella organization which provides H.323-based videoconferencing services to state-level organizations in Kentucky.
