Times were tough for VOIP systems vendor VocalTec last summer as it shifted away from its end-to-end, all-in-one VoIP system strategy, but things have only gotten worse. — This is truly unfortunate, as VocalTec represents one of the original, true pioneers and visionaries in this market.
