Lucent announced its plans to integrate Alvarion's WiMAX technology into its next generation solution, which includes Lucent's industry-leading IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) solution. — The IMS and WiMAX association is funny. Such logic would suggest that IMS can be associated with anything that is IP or remotely related.
