Surprise, surprise: Nokia's Q4 rides high on Lumia salesA new video coding standard building on the PrimeTime Emmy award winning ITU-T H.264 / MPEG-4 AVC was agreed by ITU members. The new codec is informally referred to as "High Efficiency Video Coding" (HEVC) and was assigned the official name ITU-T H.265.
