Why We Should Not Question Moving To VoIP

People are still asking the question of whether they should or should not move to VoIP. That is the wrong question to ask. Of course you should move to VoIP, and you should do it quickly. The technology is now firmly rooted in the industry and is viewed as the only technology going forward to provide voice and video communications to enterprises and end consumers.

you never answered the question. Try listing the advantages of using voip instead of using the "everyone is doing it" argument.

OK, let's me ask this: if you don't want to use VoIP, what are you going to use? The old PSTN? All major world carriers have already made plans to move to VoIP. Even if you use a PSTN line to your house, the carriers are moving the core to VoIP. So, this really isn't a question of whether we should move to VoIP. The ship has sailed -- the world has moved to VoIP.
